This could be a spring must have list, but let’s face it none of us need any of these things. But aren’t they pretty? Wouldn’t that planner just make life a little easier? And that candle would go great on my nightstand. Maybe instead of a must have list this is actually a gift guide. For me. It is my birthday month after all. haha. Okay. I wish I was kidding. April 27th, people. 😇

But no, really, I just thought I would share a few of my current obsessions with you all.

Beginning from the top left:

Day Designer: Flagship Edition: Blue Floral I admit, I’m a planner addict. But have you SEEN this thing? Day Designer runs on the higher end of planners, especially these that are wire-bound. I actually prefer ring-bound that I can keep a few months in at a time. (Blame my Franklin Covey origins for that.) And thankfully Day Designer is now offering ring-bound! But this. This design! Isn’t it the most beautiful thing!? It reminds me of Jackie with her excessive love of blue pattern china, but with a twist of modern flare. I must say I’m in love. Given that I’m trying to work on not spending any money this could present a problem. I should probably just stick with my ‘I am Busy’ Ban.do planner that I also love very much. Actually, don’t get me started on Ban.do. I’m crazy about everything they create!

Frostbeard’s Studio Old Books Scented Candle Paper, Dust, Newsprint, & Hint of vanilla. Those darn social media ads have hooked me again. Saw this beauty during my never-ending scroll through facebook. There is seriously nothing better than the scent of old books. Except maybe honeysuckle. *opens new tab searching for honeysuckle candles*

Start Where You Are: A Journal for Self-Exploration by Meera Lee Patel. A journal to help nurture creativity, mindfulness, and self-motivation. If you look inside you’ll find page after page of illustrated quotes and guided activities to help you find your best, creative self. ❤

Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert. The author of Eat, Pray, Love (which I have not read) is encouraging you to bring out the creative side hiding within.  As Willa Paskin reviewed in the New York Times, the book encourages you to “find some time in your life to do something you really enjoy, for no reason other than you really enjoy it.” But let me add here that while I’ve attached a link to this book online. Always remember to support your local library. I renewed my card today and came out with this book as well!

A Way in the Wilderness Sweatshirt “Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? Indeed, I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.” Isiah 43:19  Unfortunately this is no longer offered. BUT IF ANYONE FINDS ONE:: Please let me know.

Custom Succulent Rings by Arrow + Stone  Mimi has succulents planted all outside my house and I just LOVE them. The greens, purples, so calming, so springy. Arrow + Stone first caught my eye on Instagram and I’ve dreamed of donning one of these on my hand ever since. Perfect for the gypsy soul.

Mykristaprada-comparrison-trap Bible study group is just finishing up Comparison Trap, by Sandra Stanley, which addresses our tendency to compare and live in the land of Er focusing on who is skinnier, or richer, or smarter, ect. Who has more or who has less. So now probably isn’t the best time to be discussing all the things I want that I don’t have. 😋 But I’m going to go ahead and post this anyway it being my birthday month and all. (Did I mention that?) And I will add that I highly recommend this study. It’s a super affordable 4 week study you can do alone or with a group. You can follow along on the app for free or purchase the 28-day devotional to accompany the four 20 minute video sessions.

So these are a few of my favorite things. What are your favorite things this spring? Flowers (honeysuckles), festivals, family gatherings, spring showers to wash all the pollen away, a bit of warmth here and there? Got any cute products you’ve found. I’d love for you to share! And be sure to share this post or pin it if you like what you see!
